Just Because

Hello, friends!  If you think you've seen this card before, you are not crazy...you have!  I was so enchanted by Laurie's Make it Monday challenge a few weeks ago that I made MORE cards but in different colours for Transformation Tuesday.  Here's my orange take on the card and below shows it in autumn rose, rustic white (which you saw last week) and kraft (like Laurie's).  I could make these again and again, such an amazing layout...thank you, Laurie!

Live to Inspire ~ Make it Mondays

Hi friends!  I'm sneaking my take on PTI's Make it Monday under the wire here...busy weekend, but LOVE Laurie's tutorial so much including her layout...so I'm CASEing her.  I changed the background stamp, colours, and sentiment, but the card is all Laurie's.  Here it is in autumn rose :)

  Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge over at The Card Concept challenge blog.   Our challenge is based on this darling photo...

Now that I'm back at work, I've had to make sure I create 2 cards at once to beef up my stash.  Also, my sister just came over and cleaned out my birthday cards so you may see more birthday cards over the next little while like this one!  My clean and simply layered card (yes, I didn't think it was a true CAS or a simply layered, so I smashed the 2 styles together) was inspired by the colours and pattern.

With Heartfelt Sympathy

 Hello friends!  Well, I survived my first week back at work!  I got my new class on Thursday and oh my, they are adorable!  If the first two days with them are any indication, we are going to have a great year!  I had made this card a few weeks ago for my sister (just to keep in her stash, no sad event yet) and wanted to play around with some more colours.  I love the new Orchid Expressions set...so easy to stamp with and only a few dies!
