Verve Release Day!

It's release day at Verve and we're celebrating with Day 4 of our November 2014 Spotlight Hops!  Have you enjoyed the spotlights we've been sharing this week? I’ve got more traditional colours going on today!  I used the masking technique to create my sentiment panel.  I stamped the “Merry Christmas” onto my white panel and then onto a sticky note and cut it out.  Then I put the mask over my sentiment so I could stamp the poinsettia.  Here’s a photo if you are a visual learner like me :)

Once the mask was protecting the sentiment, I stamps the pointsettia, then removed the mask…here’s what I was left with…

Yeah! The rusty bells are back :) Still kicking myself for not getting that craft package! ADORE the layout of this card - all sketch out for future use or you could use it for a VLV sketch and I will recap LOL! Great job with the masking too.
