Hi everyone!! Here's a new stamp set I just got from PTI!! It's not brand, brand new...I believe it was released last December...but I finally warmed up to it :) I love how big the font is so that it can be the main image on the front of a card. Plus there are so many different sentiments to choose from. Today's card is for the new Card Positioning Systems sketch. I really like the simplicity of this sketch...dress it up or dress it down. I went for the latter...it had more going on in my head, but this is what came out!! LOL I added a bit of bling to try and kick it up a little :) And there's more of the PTI Pretty Pastels paper :) {Yes, Aimes, you MUST get it!} I could say this is for my dear friend, Troylana's birthday...which is today...but it's not...she has another one en route to her house today :) (Happy B-day Troy!!). I hope everyone has a wonderful day...tomorrow is TGIF!!!
What's in it?
Stamps: PTI Say it With Style
Ink: SU choc chip
Paper: PTI cream, berry sorbet, pretty pastels; SU so saffron
Accessories: Grandpa's vintage buttons, SU linen thread and grosgrain, gemstones, corner chomper

LOL! You're not helping me here on restraining my PTI Purchases!
I really like that sketch - might try to play along too. I love that you kept it simple with the panels just adding that lovely blingin' finishing touch!
Thanks so much for your sewing machine advice too! When I'm on speaking terms with Machiney I'll try that tension dial!

Fabulous use of that sketch, Maureen. Lovely mix of DPs and the buttons are perfect. I'm sure Troy will love it.
Wow I really like what you did with this sketch! Great colours and paper.

I love this little card. The buttons and the bow just make me smile. I can't believe today is already Thursday. My spring break can't already almost be over!!! I think I need another week to recover from this week. :)
Super cute card. Love the spring-y color combo.
