Good morning sweet friends. It's Remembrance Day here in Canada so I have the day off. We had a fabulous assembly at work yesterday honouring the men and women who have and still are serving in the military. It was so lovely to see a sea of poppies in the gym; each student was wearing one over his/her heart. Today's card is for Mercy's Tuesday sketch. I didn't really realize what I was getting into choosing this colourful paper. I love colour, but this is almost too much for even me!! LOL I will try to KISS (keep it simple, silly!) next time LOL ;) I had another card in my head, but thought I should get back on the program and make a Christmas card. I will keep that card on file in the old noggin' and maybe it will come out this weekend. Have a wonderful day :)

Well, I LOVE the colors--very festive! Enjoy your day off!
What a fun colour combo! Love all the embossing and scallops. You're getting a good start on your Christmas cards!
WOW, ya'll have the day off? My kids had school! :(
Pretty Christmas card! I really need to get started on my Christmas cards that I will be sending out. I try to keep those pretty flat, but Man that's hard! I like ribbon too much! :)
You did a lovely job with it, Maureen. Those colors are fabulous, but there sure is a lot on that paper! Awesome bits of bling =)
Wait a min...you get a day off!?!?! We get one minute off at 11am but then I'm in work mode for the rest of the day!
OK onto the card - I have this paper and I really should KISS more too (tee hee!) as I've no idea how to use it!!! But at least I have a starting point now *wink* Oooh and if you could refrain from using those dies that'd be super helpful too LOL!
Hugs,
Aimes
