A Dream of Spring

dreamofspring

Good morning blog friends :)  Well, it's my LAST day of Christmas holidays…tomorrow it’s back at it with 22 seven year olds :)  I have so enjoyed my time off and feel well rested.  My last few days have been spent in the studio stamping my little heart out with some of my favourite challenges.  Today’s card is for Karen’s Sweet Sunday Sketch.  Remember the movie, “Groundhog Day?”  It’s one of my favs AND the dh’s birthday is Groundhog Day!! LOL  This is the quote he says as he meets a man on the stairs of the bed and breakfast (this is his “nice” response to the man).  And, yes, I am dreaming of Spring…despite this beautiful Cosmo Cricket paper, despite this fabulous Snowflake Die and  despite those elegant little Verve snowflakes stamped on the circle panel.  Once Christmas is done, I am ready for Spring :)  What are you looking forward to?  Hugs!!!

Spring - gimme spring now! LOL!
Work tomorrow for me too and I feel like I could spend another week in inky fun :(
Lovely card, Diva; especially love how you mix so many different patterns together so effortlessly! It'd just look like a DP massacre if I attempted it LOL!

Love your colour combos! Not something I would have thought of, but so beautifully done when you put them together. Love all the little touches: tea dye edges, glitter and twine... That font is cool, too!

Enjoy the last day, as much as you can! ;)

I am ready for some warm air but I know it won't be around for a few more month! But this card is nice and springy- I just love that snowflake die and have put off getting it but now thinking it could be used year round!
Today I am off work, going to take my son to lunch (if I can get him out of bed!) as he is home for another week. I am sooooo loving it.

Moe, that sentiment is PERFECT for me today! It's my last day of freedom, too, & I am done with winter already!

I'm with you on this one - I'm ready for spring =) Although that'll mean I'm almost 30, I'm looking forward to it!
