Where There is Love

thereisloveHi everyone!!!  Well, it’s been a early morning for me…work starts with a bang today…no easing into it…just full on!!! At least we have centers (playtime) first thing this morning :)  Today’s card is a special and fun challenge :)  My dear blog buddy, Marisa, is the Featured Stamper on Splitcoast Stampers this week!!!  I just could not NOT join in the fun and CASE her :)  Here’s the card I used from her gallery…

I changed the colours, ribbon, stamped images and added more layers and stitching.  This was one of those cards that was sooooo fun to make.  I just love stamping that sweet flower from Verve’s Dream Big onto my sentiment panels and adding a button :)  Oh and before I run off to work…
this Friday, January 7, Verve is releasing some fabulous new sets and dies! To countdown to the release, we’re putting on a series of mini blog hops Tuesday through Thursday of this week to preview the new sets! And because a new release is something to celebrate, we’ve hidden a prize on one of the participating blogs each day! Just leave a little comment love as you hop around to be entered into a drawing to win that day’s featured stamps! Deadline for comment entries is 6PM Mountain Friday, January 7. Winners will be announced at our release party on Friday night!  For the master list, head over to the Verve Blog!!

So pretty. Fun DP. I like the way you've use the button as the flower center. Great stitching.

I'm back so far now that you probably don't even remember the cards I'm commenting on (haha)! Anyway, though, I love the way you stamped the pink flower off the center of the circle and the way the sentiment overlaps and is off to the other side. (And now I'm sounding incoherent... good thing I'm almost caught up!)
