Verve New Release Spotlights ~ Day One

Hi Verve fans! Are you ready to see some new Verve?  The first card up is showing off the new Hope Perches Plain Jane.  I love sentiments for bird images and this one fits the bill perfectly (no pun intended!! (lol)  My second card uses stamps from the Lucky Ducky set.  I could not get “lol” out of my head when looking at this set, so I added it to my card!! LOL

We love to celebrate here at Verve, so we've hidden a prize along the hop today! One lucky commenter on one of the Diva Hop Spots below will receive today's featured stamps, (Lucky Ducky and the Hope Perches Plain Jane) plus the Charming Oval Die Set we'll be previewing tomorrow! Moe, love these!! The first is just gorgeous with the bird theme & all that wonderful texture. The LOL card is adorable with that sweet paper & wonderful paper pieced ducky! How do you get bows so perfect with grosgrain ribbon - I always struggle! Fantastic work :)

Your cards are so different and both so fantastic! I love how the Plain Jane really is the focal of the first one with so much else going on otherwise! I think that's a real skill! And the papers in the second one set the tone so well!

What beautiful cards, Moe! The first card is so wonderfully elegant and perfectly coordinated between the stamp and the papers. Great stitching along the edges, too!
Your second card is equally as marvelous in all of it's whimsical glory! The paper pieced ducky is too cute and the papers/embellies are just fabulous. Super fine colors and again with the fab stitching! You are a card making machine! Way to rock this release, sister Diva!
