Hello!  Welcome to a new month of fabulous challenges over on the CASE Study blog.  After all the wild celebrations during our Anniversary month we are back to our Guest Muse inspired cards.  This month we have the super talented,  Yoshie Nakagaki aka Torico.  She is a stamp illustrator for There She Goes and has her own digi shop, Birdie Brown, on Etsy.  We were thrilled to get to pick a digi to play with this week.  I chose this sweet little image, Just Bloomed, as it reminded me of what a lovely little student might bring her teacher OR what a teacher might give a coworker (yep, this one is for a new colleague).   I was inspired by the cheery colours, stitching, and the style of sentiment.  If you are a devoted Verve Fan, you’ll know that I performed another stamp surgery to create the perfect sentiment for a new colleague {can you figure out what I did? wink, wink}.

As a non stamp colourer, I left this sweet image black and white :)  Okay, head over to the CASE Study blog and see what delicious samples the DT have in store this week. Then play along!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh I see your surgery...you removed the little one from the Welcome! Love how you combined a couple fabulous sentiments! The soft color palette you choose is perfect.

You are a fine surgeon ;) Darling iimage and a great card. I'm sure your new collegue will feel very welcome when she gets it. Hoping yesterday went well with your new class. Doing a happy dance here as they didn't have to do splits for the Grade 7s.

no idea what the surgery was but thanks to Lynn now understand!
I like how the olive colour around the image really stands out against the baby blue x

I really like how it turned out in black and white! The sweet image still stands out with no color :) And I love all elements like the alphabet paper, the green scallops, and blue and white polka dots :)
