Good morning! Welcome to Part 2 of my Bazzill Basics Giveaway! First up is a fun mix using the Beach House paper from Bazzill. I love the thickness and feel of this paper…there is a bit of tooth to it AND it’s double sided! I’ve used a sweet sentiment from the newly released Brighter Days from Verve and made a double bow with some white seam binding. This white ribbon has been a favourite of mine for awhile now…there is something so fresh and crisp about it. Next up is a fun card using the Carry On Hostess Set from Stampin’ Up!
After making my own Carry On sentiment with the actual font, I really wanted this set. I think this is the perfect card for a girlfriend’s (or sister’s) birthday…with a GC tucked in to their favourite store. I used some more Beach House paper to die cut the doily…love making doilies with patterned paper!
What to win this yummy Beach House Patterned Paper? Check out the details on my Monday post HERE. Good luck!! Have a wonderful day :)

Love both cards...and Pat will think I deserve the second one after I get back from being out of town this week. There are several boxes of goodies on their way to me...yikes!
I love the paper you used in the first card for the round background-looks like a kind of wood grain-what is that one?
They are both great cards, but the first one is my favourite. Love the colour combo and simple but effective design and those subtle embellishments on the circle. Also love the double bow!
Love these cards and paper. The "keep calm" sentiment is one of my favorites.
Love the wood grain paper on thefirst one and great way you used the circle inside a circle. Lovely red, white and blue on the second.
Double sided, Diva? Don't you have the trauma of deciding which side to use?! LOL!
Love that layout of your first card - rockin' the circles (and the scallops!)
Hee! That sentiment on the second is fabulous! Yup - I think this would be the perfect way to deliver a GC in style - Diva Style! :D
Hugs!

I love the wood scalloped circle in the first, and the way the sentiment flows, really cool! And that deep blue ribbon in the second is striking, love the sentiment, too!
Wow, Moe! That first card's double bow is absolutely spectacular. Love that white seam binding...it really makes this card extra classy. Plus, that sentiment is just divine!
