Praying for You

prayingforyou

Good morning!  It’s been a VERY busy first week of school.  I’ve been at the school late every night setting up all the things I couldn’t do before I got my  new class.  I’ve got a very keen group and look forward to trying some new things I’ve read up on this summer :)  So with late nights and my thoughts consumed by work, I’m so glad I kept a few cards from the Verve Release last month to share over the first weeks of September :)  This one uses the new Praying for You and Scroll Plain Janes along with the Scroll, Flourish Trim and Scalloped Flowers dies.  The flourish die was used to make the embossed brown strip under the ribbon.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  I’ve had a bit of inky time in the studio this weekend and it was just what my inky soul needed :)  Have a glorious day :)

Great colour combo (especially as we head into fall). I love the "with all my heart" scroll type die cut!

Crazy busy first week back at school for me too-especially now that my oldest is in school full-time. Good news is that my two classes of students seem to be really nice!

This is a real beautie Moe! I love the warm rich colors. Hope school settles into a nice pace for you. I've been moved to the main bank, where it's much busier (I love it), but I'm pretty whipped at the end of the day! Craft time happens more on the weekends now! Have an awesome week! :)

Moe, I'm with Luanne...I love the deep rich colors. The seam binding bow is gorgeous and I love the extra banner you added to the sentiment.

Absolutely no plans today...looking forward to relaxing! Hope you have the same type of day.

I'm glad you've got good students this year! I hope it starts to slow down a bit though so that you can get back to making cards :) I love the music paper for the flower and the cool ribbon used in the orange bow!

We have had a hint of cooler weather in deep south Texas, and I am ready for all things fall! The colors of this card are gorgeous, and I love your knack for adding an additional sentiment to your cards. You do this well and often! Love flower made of sheet music, too!

Glad to hear you have a sharp bunch of new students. It is so much fun to try new things and to see students soar. Hope you have a great year!
