Celebrating Your Birthday ~ PTI Blog Hop

Hello friends!  It's been quiet around the blog as I finish up report cards and get back into the studio!  Of course, I had to take time to play along with the PTI Blog Hop...I just can't stop staring at this inspiration photo!  The problem with such a gorgeous image is that there is always TOO much inspiration.  I had 2 different cards on the go, but they just weren't coming together so I put my favourite elements together and came up with this one.  Always happy to sneak in some (Canadian) maple leaves :)

Thanks for stopping by!  I can't wait to see all your creations!

Just lovely, Maureen! Your layers of colorful foliage truly add to the rich Autumn beauty. As a retired primary teacher, I will always remember that exuberant feeling when report cards were finished and I had time to play with paper and ink! Wishing you a nice, creative weekend! ♡
