...because I have been adjusting the blog!! I have a new distraction this week (despite having to start writing report cards!!) I've purchased a couple of blog kits and have been experimenting with what little knowledge I have. I have to laugh when the instructions say anyone, even someone new to blogging, can edit code, etc!! LOL This was not even around when I was at university...so it is something I will tackle this summer with lots of time off. In the meantime, I do know how to add text to my header and post it :) So bear with me as I change things up a bit :) Because it's report card time and I have to make cards for my sister's store...I haven't made too many new cards this week so thought I would post one I made a while back. I hope I haven't posted it...I tried checking back the last few months and didn't see it...I have made a few very similar because I love this layout and that cute little birdie :) Yay, it's Friday...and even though it's report card writing weekend, I will enjoy it immensely :) Hope you have a bright and sunny one as well :)

Oooh, how fun :D What kits did you buy? Love the new banner and the little library clips as the headers on the side bar!
Love the polka dotted paper and your little bit of zigzag stitching along the bottom by the cute bird.
Hope report card writing goes quickly for you! Hard to believe school will be out in about three weeks!! Eeeeek, I'm not ready LOL!
Loving the blog makeover so far...I'm lucky to live with an IT geek when it comes to coding, it's totaly gobblydeegook to me LOL!
This card is SO fun with the bold pink and torn strip of DP - super cute!
Oooh enjoy SATC2, as a die hard fan myself of the series on TV I have learned to not take the films like the TV show and just go with the flow - I enjoy the fashion!

Oooh, Maureen, I love the colors and little birdie on this one! SO pretty!
Wow, so much fun on one card! Lovin' all the details! :)
I like the eclectic feel to this card. The black accents really pop!
I really admire your courage to change up your blog. The idea scares me and I don't have time to learn it. You'll have to give me a tutorial. It looks like I might be going back to school or work or maybe even both come September.
