St. Pat’s Fact: St. Patrick was born in 385 AD somewhere along the west coast of Britain, possibly in the Welsh town of Banwen. At age 16, he was captured and sold into slavery to a sheep farmer. He escaped when he was 22 and spent the next 12 years in a monastery. In his 30s he returned to Ireland as a Christian missionary. He died at Saul in 461 AD and is buried at Downpatrick.
Good morning!! EEK!! It’s the Friday before Spring Break, it’s the day before my birthday and St. Patrick’s Day and I’m the hostess over on the Viva La Verve Forum!! I chose my favourite sketch from the Verve January Release :) In honour of my favourite day, I used my Verve Lucky You stamp set and matching Shamrock die. I’ve stamped the sentiment onto the Curvy Bookplate die and layered that onto a journal card.
Here’s a rerun of the card I made in January :)
I so hope you’ll join us for this week’s sketch!! Make sure you come back tomorrow for the BIG DAY!! If you’ve been here over the years, you’ll know I always have a birthday “goodie bag” to give away!! Woohoo!!

Love those stripy shamrocks - really gotta get me some of those!
Well I guess I better get my butt over there and participate...this sketch is a beauty and you've used it perfectly (as always!) Gorgeous stamps and beautiful papers, combined with perfect bling & buttons?! Yep - it's a Moe card!
