Eek and Omg and XOXOXOX

Hello!  How’s that for a blog post title!?  LOL (pun intended!).  I’m playing a BIG catch up tonight for my Online Card Class, relying on mental planning all day long.  I’m not sure it totally worked, but it’s all about the process, right?  This first card is for the bonus day on Saturday and we were asked to use die cuts in our design.  I thought of this CAS card I made a while back and wanted to do a similar card with a different die and a gradient of pinks :)

This next card is for Day 4.  We were asked to make a “plainly white” card meaning a lot of white space.  Kristina made the cutest clean blackboard card with some Paper Smooches stamps so that gave me the inspiration to use the set my dear friend, Lynn, sent me :)  The card is a tad bit different than what was in my head, but I went with the flow!  My new goal is to be able to stamp and emboss with white and not get any little white specks left behind!  AND I used my embossing buddy and thwacked the dickens out of it before embossing.  Oh well, it’s good to have goals :)  My white gel pen is long gone and the only one I could find on short notice was terrible so I decided to use the frame from the PTI Framed set.  That also made the dimensions a little different for this one, measuring in at 3.25 x 5.25.

Okay, that it’s for me!  It’s very late and past my bedtime! LOL  Thanks for visiting and see you soon!  I have 2 more days to catch up on!  It may take me to the weekend :)
