Verve Release Day!!

happyanniversarymaureenplut
Welcome to the final day of our February 2013 Spotlight Hops!  Everything you’ve seen all week is now available in Verve's online store! Woohoo!
I’ve got two projects to share today!  I’m using Diva Janelle’s Viva La Verve sketch to ink up the new Happy Anniversary Plain Jane.  I love the mix of fonts on this one!  I also wanted to show you how perfectly it fits in the Curvy Bookplate die!  There’s some more of that luscious new Spring Fling seam binding!  Really, you need to try it out!  Next up is a little 3D project using a mini canvas I picked up at Michaels after Christmas.
wellwithmysoulmaureenplut
I didn’t like the light wood of the frame, so I inked it up with some Stampin’ Up’s Chocolate Chip ink.  Then I went to town on the canvas, sponge daubing 3 ink colours to create a warm, sunny base.  Then I stamped the blossoms from Surely Goodness with SU’s Starfruit ink and dried it with my embossing heat gun.  I stamped the sentiment with Versafine’s onyx and dried it as well with my heat gun.  A few embellishments and this sweet little 3 x 3 canvas is ready to uplift any weary spirit :)
Want to win the whole release? We'll be picking a random commenter on one of the hop spots below to win the whole kit and kaboodle! So be sure to leave a little comment on all the blogs below to increase your chances! Check out the Verve Blog for all the prize details and deadlines. Woohoo! Let's get started...
