You’re So Sweet 16

youresosweet16

Hello!  I’ve been creating today and had time during my morning coffee :)  Gotta love the new provincial Family Day holiday :)  Papertrey Ink is having a colour challenge today and I was so happy I had time to whip up a fun card using the first colour palette…

I pulled out my paper pads and chose papers that matched the inspiration photo.  Then I die cut them into strips and layered them altogether.  Then I took a break and while I was brushing my teeth, I came up with the idea to pair this “you’re so sweet” with the # 16.    A little play on words AND another way to use your “you’re so sweet” stamps!  Cool!  Thanks for stopping by!  Are you following the PTI release?  I think I have 2 shopping carts full already! LOL

I'm pretty sure I have 3 shopping carts full (it's pretty bad when you have to start creating different wishlists, based on themes :)....I love your card, and how you recreated that pretty pallette!

Oh how fun to combine that sentiment with the 16! This would work well with the PTI ice cream cone set too ... there's a similar sentiment in there. Thanks for the great idea!! Love all the layering in the middle of your card too. It's contained enough to not be busy, but super-interesting.
