Hello again! I didn’t mean to have 2 cards for the PTI blog hop today, but after finishing this card on Sunday, I noticed it had a lot of SHINE on it! I was inspired by the cutest little girl at mass who was wearing polka dot leggings in these colours! I thought of scarlet jewel and raspberry fizz right away! I came straight home and made this polka dotted panel with a circle punch :) Then I added a “Happy” in gold foil paper…LOVE! Some more gold sequins adds to the festivities! Thanks for stopping by again!
