Congratulations ~ The Card Concept
Hello everyone! Today starts a new challenge over at The Card Concept challenge blog based on the picture below...
My clean and layered card was inspired by the colours, the flowers, the bits of gold, and the wedding vibe! If you visited the blog on Monday, you may recognize this layout. I just changed out the colours for a softer, more romantic look. I'm entering both cards in PTI's Transformation Tuesday challenge.
I hope you'll head over to The Card Concept blog to see all the different interpretations from the Design Team then join in the fun! Have a great day!

Choose Serenity ~ Create Along with Us
Hi friends! I've spent a few hours in the studio making this card for PTI's Create Along with Us and a couple of retirement cards for my teacher colleagues. I needed a birthday card for a good friend who teaches with me. We went to see Seinfeld Live last month so I thought this sentiment was perfect.
I also picked up a few of these key chains on Etsy to celebrate seeing Seinfeld (I'm a huge fan since the original series aired). I'm CASEing Laurie's beautiful card except I stamped and clear embossed "serenity" because there is no die cut for it. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week!

Time to Celebrate! The Card Concept
Hello everyone! Today starts a new challenge over at The Card Concept challenge blog based on the picture below...
My clean and layered card was inspired by the bold pattern and colours and a winged animal. I don't have any owl stamps or dies (YES! I KNOW! That seems unacceptable!) so I went with a winged insect :) I think it works! I hope you'll head over to The Card Concept blog to see all the different interpretations from the Design Team then join in the fun! Have a great day!

Absolutely Fabulous ~ Make It Monday
Hello friends! I've been a little AOL this week from the studio because it was report card writing week. I'm happy to say I just need to proof read them then I'm only 2 field trips and 15 work days away from summer vacation! I'm so glad I had time to make a card for PTI's Make it Monday. The challenge was to use lots of dots. I've used embossed dots and enamel dots to dress up my vellum butterfly :) Thanks for visiting! Have a great week :)

Your House Has Grown by Two Feet!
Greetings, friends! I former colleague had a baby girl 2 months ago and on Friday she brought her to work so that we could meet her. She was over the moon adorable! I had to make my favourite baby card for her. I have never seen a stamp with this sentiment (HINT, HINT, PTI!), but have always loved it so I print it out onto cardstock. Those sweet baby feet are from and ANCIENT Stampin' Up set that I have kept all these years to go with this sentiment. AND because this is for PTI's Transformation Tuesday, here's a boy version :)
And the two together...
Have a great Sunday! It's starting to rain so I may get some more studio time today!

A Note of Thanks ~ Make it Monday
Hello, friends! I purposely got all my running around done yesterday morning so I could spend some inky time on this week's PTI Make it Monday challenge. Stephanie's card was so fetching! How's that for a descriptor! But it was! I went through my stamp sets and came to Gran's Garden (again!). I've been loving Limeade Ice for leaves lately. It looks great with pink and grey. For the vellum embellishment, I used the medium Circle Scribbles die. Thanks for stopping by!
