Thinking of You ~ Karen's Sweet Sketch
Good morning, everyone!! A quick card today...I wanted to use some more of my lovely PTI Autumn Abundance paper before the snow comes. We've been having a lot of rain here the past few days and there's snow up "in them thar hills!" I wanted to give the card a bit more visual texture so I rounded the corners on the middle panel...but now think I should've kept them square...oh, well, next time. Added some luscious PTI scarlet satin ribbon to kick it up a notch :) My class and I are off to a Pumpkin Patch today...it's the best field trip of the year. The weather is supposed to be ok and hopefully dry :) Have a wonderful day!
What's in it?
Stamps: Verve circular sayings; SU autumn splendor
Ink: SU choc chip, baroque burgundy, pumpkin pie, more mustard
Paper: SU durango, choc chip; PTI summer sunrise, cream, scarlet
Accessories: SU circle, scallop and corner rounder punches, linen thread; PTI button, ribbon.

The rounded corners look great! They reflect the scallops of the circle beautifully!
Love the layout, paper and those colours are the main reason I love autumn so much!
Have a fab day on the Pumpkin Patch!

I love that paper, it's so pretty! It has been raining alot here too, I wish we had snow, only once since I have lived here in 22 years! We have to go see the snow on vacation and we love it! :)
Love that leaf DP and the autumn colours on the card. That ribbon is such a gorgeous deep red colour and finished off wonderfully with the button. Lovely job on this sketch, Maureen. Hope it didn't rain on you at the pumpkin patch. I always love seeing the joy on the kids' faces when they find "their perfect pumpkin" in the patch.
Great card! Beautiful colours and I love the stamping on the main image. Such pretty leaves in those colours!

Love the dp. And the rounded corners were a great touch.
I think it was a decent day to be at the pumpkin patch. A little bit of a bitter wind but there was some sunshine. It snowed a little this afternoon in Aberdeen...not that that's a surprise or anything.
Beautiful, as usual, Maureen! The colors are so vibrant and rich. Love it!
Banff was a great time - I'm so not ready to be back!
