I love this sentiment! I was going to (and probably still will) use it for Verve's Project Parade later this week. I'm still using some new goodies...some PTI patterned paper, satin ribbon and another cuttlebug ef :) I love the paper, but it gives me a headache when I look at it! LOL Certain patterns do that to me. Anyone else out there suffer from this? :) Okay, two challenges down, 3 more to go, although I can do some of those over the weekend. My dh is out of town working then so I can buckle down and spend some serious time in the studio. I have a feeling I'll be busy next week as it's a Verve release week and Julee likes to kick things up over at Splitcoast!! LOL I hope you'll join in the fun :)
What's in it?
Sentiment: computer generated
Paper: PTI dp; avocado; scarlett jewel; vanilla
Ink: printer ink matching bravo burgundy
Accessories: PTI satin ribbon, buttons; cuttlebug ef; oval nestabilities; SU linen thread;

Wonderful use of the sketch, Maureen. Lucky you gets to play with some new goodies :D You anchored the paper wonderfully with the strip at the bottom and the buttons around the sentiment.
I'm with you re: the paper. It has a neat pattern to it and wonderful colours but I agree I'm with you re: what it does to your eyes LOL! Reminds me of some of the geometric pictures they have at Science World. Once you look at them long enough your mind and eyes play tricks on you and they start to move or morph into something else.
So pretty! Love the pattern, but if looked at to long, it makes me a little dizzy! :)
What a beautiful card! I love the buttons - great job on the sketch!
Very nice work! Love the colours. Agree about the paper but I like how the buttons bring attention to the sentiment.
I'm completely with you on the paper, but you've done a fabulous job with it. The buttons really bring out the colors and drew my eyes to the sentiment, which is an awesome one! Great job!
Oh boy - is it time for another Verve Release?! I think I might be on the road to divorce if I place another order =Þ
