Hi everyone!! Well, I’m back safe and sound from my out of town teaching conference. It was fabulous and I can’t wait to try something I learned in my class this week :) I’ve tried switching gears now to card making and thought I would ease into it with a card for Stacey’s Curtain Call Colour Challenge. Stacey is throwing us some fabulous bright colours and I just love them. I’ve been on a white card base kick lately. I just love the crisp, clean look of it. This card is also my second card in the Sunshine and Smiles series, a set of cards for a colleague who always uses “Sunshine and Smiles” with her signature :) Well, that’s about it for me…off to do some household things before getting back to the studio. Thanks for stopping by today :)

So pretty! I really need that flower die!
Well you've eased back into it like a duck to water, Diva! Glad you had a great time at your conference (any tips on how to deal with grumpy teenagers at all? LOL!)
Loving your sunshine and smiles series - can't wait to see more :D
Now get the household things outta the way quick so you can make the most of your studio time *wink*

Loving how you mixed these colors up. There is that flower die again too...soon, Marisa soon LOL!
Our Mike's was clearing out it's blign section - aaaaaaack!!!! Same up your way?? I loaded up on as many as I could get my hands on.
Glad to hear you had a good conference. Enjoy your day in the studio. We have glorious sunshine here - happy sigh :)
Wow, you're fast! A fabulous card with this week's colors, Maureen. This is my absolute favorite flower die. Love your design!
Glad you had a good conference & took away some ideas! I've been to plenty that were worthless. :P
Love your sweet card! Fabby job with the colors!
Yay for a positive experience =) Glad to see you've found some crafting time, too....this is such a pretty card. I love those darn dies!
My latest PTI arrived on Friday, but I wasn't around and now Tuesday can't come soon enough!
I always love a white card base and you do it up perfectly with those rounded corners and fabulous spots!
I used a note paper image for my CurtainCall card too. In fact, when I finished my card, I thought of you--sort of felt like a "Moe" card when I looked at it (minus the patterned paper--I'm still trying to figure out how to use it as well as you do). I wish I had some seam binding to add to it. Still on the hunt for some!
Any way--love your layout for this card, and those flowers are delish!
A really lovely card. You mixed the colours so well, and your flower is fantastic!
Lovely card, love how you used the color combo.
Absolutely gorgeous! Love how you used the colors :)

Super cute card Mo! Love the felt flower :)! Thanks for joining us again! Hugs ~S~
Great card, Maureen -- as usual! Love the sunshine and smiles sentiment. I'm hopelessly behind on your blog. I'll try to catch up one of these days. Today I'm taking a "mental health" day from work and am enjoying the morning in my quiet house. I should say quiet but messy house. I think cleaning it up would do a ton for my mental health, so that's on the agenda for today. (Although, I'd rather sit around and catch up with you!) :)
So pretty, love the felt flower.
I love your use of ribbon, button, and flower to create such an elegant card. TFS! Just became a follower and would love if you follow me too.
