My Greatest Joy ~ Cinema Saturday

Wow! It's a been several weeks since I've been able to join in the Cinema Saturday fun. This week's movie is Finding Nemo and the requirement is a colour challenge: light blue, navy, orange, and white. One of the themes of the movie is about the relationship between Nemo and his father. This made me think of my son, Jake, my greatest joy. I raised him on my own (with much support from family and friends) and I'm so proud of the wonderful young man he's become. So this card is inspired by our relationship. It's very similar to the anniversary card I made for my husband. The photo is from my wedding day two years ago and is printed on shimmer white so it looks a little blurry. There is only one person who can receive this card...it's a little "girly" with the bow and all but I bet he won't mind if it includes some pin money or a Starbucks card!! LOL Have a wonderful Sunday :)

What's in it?
Stamps: PTI Heartfelt Basics; computer generated sentiment
Ink: SU pumpkin pie
Paper: PTI shimmer white, aquamist; SU night of navy
Accessories: stitching; cuttlebug ef, nestabilities Labels 2; crystal brad; ribbon;

What a wonderful picture :D Love the touches or orange and your comment re: the bow being okay if the card has some goodies in it is so true :D
