Good evening dear friends....I have been posting at night lately...that means I don't have tons of cards to share right now. I'm in the middle of making my own cards to send out. After adding up the dh's side and my side we have about 40 to send out. The ones who live out of the country get the first ones, then out of towners, and then those who live in town :) I started with some Cosmo Cricket dp in mind and this stamp from Verve. I love this sentiment and the mixture of fonts. The tag is made from the largest Labels 4 die and was totally inspired by the talented Michelle . Some ribbon, buttons and bling (of course), a little embossing and there is my card for Mercy's sketch (in rectangular form!). I think I will give it to either my stepdaughter or my son's girlfriend...maybe I should make another one!! LOL I am off to go to bed now....I'm going to an annual early (6:00 am) breakfast Toys for Kids fundraiser with my dh and some former colleagues. I'm not a super early riser, but this breakfast really starts the season for me. Sweet dreams!!
What's in it?
Stamps: Verve Christmas in the Air
Ink: SU choc chip, rose romance; PTI sweet blush, tea dye
Paper: PTI aquamist, vintage cream, sweet blush; Cosmo Cricket dp
Accessories: cuttlebug ef, nestabilities label 4; gemstones, linen thread; PTI buttons and ribbon, SU horizontal slot and corner rounder punches

What fun DPs :D Love the tag with the bow and bling on the snowflakes. Good for you for being part of the Charity Breakfast! I hear you with not liking early mornings but nothing feels better than being able to give to others in need. Plus, there are always naps to catch up on sleep LOL!
Oh I love that you made the panel a tag!! Great job on the sketch!

Gorgeous! Your papers are great choices (I really do like that darn DP) and the sentiment....well let's just say I need to order more Verve! Thanks a lot, enabler!

Super cute Christmas card! Love those candilicious fun colours - they're almost edible LOL!
Great idea to use the panel as a tag - you should definitely make another, it's bound to be a winner with any gal!

I hear you on the being busy... Between making my Christmas cards, parent gifts, keeping up with my classroom, and finishing the shopping... My card making this week has been pretty skimpy. I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend!
