Good morning!! Today's card is for the latest Embellish colour challenge. I really wanted to do something different from just adding ribbon around a card and tying a bow. I had ribbon flowers in my head all week and finally got the time to sit down and make some. But the first card (below) did not come out like I had hoped. It's nice, but I wanted something that would pop...enter card #2 (above). I've been on a tag kick lately...maybe I should start doing some ATCs too to add to cards...and I wanted to do something fun with tying ribbons. I stamped brown polka dots onto the blue tag then punched 4 slots for the ribbons with the SU horizontal slot punch. It was fun to go over to my ribbon holder and pick out various pieces of pink ribbon :) I really love this card...and am happy the inspiration finally came :) Have a wonderful Saturday :)
