So Glad We're Friends

Good morning!! Today's card is dedicated to all my blog friends!! I'm so glad you come to visit my little piece of the blog world and just want to say thanks!! I'm using the sketch from Mojo Monday. It's contest week so Julee has some Verve up for grabs :) But this week I participated not so much for the prizes (although they are wonderful) but more for the challenge. Lots of shapes on this one. The ribbon on my card is shown as a square on the sketch. I wanted to try something different there and this wide Stampin' Up ribbon was the perfect size. Two little buttons make it look like they have fastened the ribbon in place. The kraft cardbase is embossed with swiss dots although you can't see them at all. I need to learn how to make my camera show them better...I think it's a lighting issue...any solutions or thoughts anyone has would be most welcome. Oh, and I got to use one of my favourite Verve sets again, Kindred Spirits...love that fleur de lis :) I hope you all have a lovely Sunday...I'm so glad you dropped by :)
