Hey there, friends! The new challenge over on the CASE Study blog is up and we are sadly saying goodbye to the talented Maile Belles. We are so excited SO many of you have wanted to play with Maile and us this month. It’s been one wild ride! Without further ado…let’s see the last {sniff} inspiration…
I was drawn to the warm colours, the wood elements and the focal point at the bottom of the card. I knew my new Clearly Besotted Honeycomb dies would be perfect to create a graphic line to ground the sentiment. Before I cut the hexagons, I adhered small pieces of the patterned paper to some heavier cardstock so the shapes would be nice and strong once I popped them up with foam adhesive. The sentiment is from the newly released Honeycomb set…don’t you just love that font? I played around with some different wood hearts before picking this one and then moved it around onto all the different hexagons before deciding on the far right one…it looked best to me :)
Aw, it’s hard to say goodbye to Maile, but she’s on my Blogger List so she’s never far away :) Make sure you come and play this week! Head over to the CASE Study blog or visit each of the Design Team Members directly on their blogs below and then join in the fun! Thanks for visiting!

Totally adore this, Moe. Great colours and the hexagons are fabulous. Perfect touch with the heart :)
Oh, you are so clever and creative! What a perfect take on Maile's card, Maureen! LOVE your hexies with the one, sweet, wooden heart!
Gorgeous Moe! xxx
Love, love, love your take on Maile's card. So CAS and the wood heart is placed just perfectly to offset the sentiment.
Gorgeous card Maureen! I love it! x
Super trendy, graphic card for this week's CASE Study, Diva! I've loved how you've taken Maile's designs this month and made them your own!
Hugs!

I love the way you made things graphic with the hexagons.
Hexagons, the colours, the heart - perfect! Love this card (as I do all your others!).
