Good morning, friends! It’s Papertrey Ink’s June Blog Hop which means it’s June 25th AND one of my favourite designer’s birthday (which she shares with one of my sisters!). It’s Dawn McVey’s birthday and over the past few years, I’ve made my June Blog Hop card a little homage to her :) So here’s the 2013 version. The Blog hop this month challenges us to use a bit of gold on our cards. I’ve used some of Dawn’s favourite colours along with some sparkly gold stars cut from glitter cardstock.

Enabler alert! I'm thinking I really need some of that glitter cardstock! I love how you made this card so classically Dawn, yet added the gold in perfectly. I love the sentiment stamped on the subtle grid background paper.
