A Happy Hello

Good evening! Here's another card made with October Afternoon's cherry paper...it's so yummy! I love cherries because they are something I only eat in season. So for 3 weeks in July...it's all about the cherry. I thought it would be fun to run it through the cuttlebug and make a top note shape. Add a little bit of stitching, some "buttons & bling", a ribbon and voila!

Recipe:

Stamps: PTI everyday classics

Paper: October Afternoon dp; PTI berry sorbet, white; SU kiwi kiss, pomegranate

Ink: SU real red

Accessories: SU top note die, corner rounder; MS border punch; gemstones; stitching; PTI buttons and double stitch ribbon; basic grey button

I have to say that this is one of my favourites of yours so far. Love the colours, the stitching, the ribbon....all of it. I especially like that edge punch. I may just have to get myself one of those.

This is so cute, Maureen! I always look forward to cherries in the summer as well. My dad has always been an addict, and therefore it has become a tradition. Love the little jewels beneath the sentiment!
