A True Love Story Never Ends

How true!  And my love for Fridays never ends as well!  LOL  Good  morning!  It’s Friday and I’m starting the weekend off right with a card for the new Viva La Verve challenge over on the VLV forum :)  Diva Charmaine is our hostess this week and she’s got a super sweet layout for us.  When I took my cards to work a few weeks ago, a volunteer mom saw them and asked if I could bring in a few anniversary cards.  So I got to work to make a few and this was one of them.  I kept it neutral with a few sparkly details and some gorgeous white seam binding ribbon.  A must on all my wedding and anniversary cards!  LOL  Have you been playing with all the Viva La Verve Sketches this month?  You’ll want a chance to win that $100 gift certificate to the Verve Store.  There’s a sale on right now AND there’s a release coming up next Friday.  Head over to the VLV forum to see how you could win that Gift Certificate this month!  Have a wonderful day!

what’s in it?

stamps: Tag Time, Love Story, Small Phrases (Verve)

paper: white, soft stone (Papertrey Ink), Secret Crush (Pink Paislee)

ink: onyx (Versafine), going gray (SU)

accessories: curvy bookplate die (A Cut Above by Verve), journal tab and tag sale dies (PTI), seam binding ribbon (Etsy store), silver cording (Pizzazz Aplenty), button, flowers (craft supply), embossing folder (Cuttlebug), staple (office supply)

Love that BG paper you used (I think you could open a store with all the wonderful papers you have LOL!). Beautiful mix of the greys with the white and the seam binding makes is soft and romantic. Happy Firday!

Holy moly this card is stunning! I love the muted tones and that gorgeous seam binding ribbon!! Definitely knocked this sketch out of the park.

Aren't teaching blogs fun?! I'm seriously addicted. Is there a teaching blog anonymous out there? And don't even get me started on Teacher Pay Teachers. It's changed my life. And my classroom. And my wallet, lol. :)
