be mine. (Forever and Always)

Woohoo!  It’s Friday, it’s a new month of Viva La Verve sketches starting today AND the dh and I are off on a romantic birthday weekend after work today!  It’s his birthday tomorrow and we are celebrating it right with dinner and dancing and each other :)  Today’s card not only uses Diva Amber’s sweet sketch, but was made with a coworker’s wife in mind.  I took my cards into work this week and they sold like hotcakes, especially the Valentine’s ones.  There were no vintage, girly girly ones left so I made this one for him to give her :)  She told me she loves all the little vintage bits on my cards so that’s what I tried to pour on along with some stitching and distressing.   For more information about today’s sketch AND how YOU could win a $100 gift certificate to the Verve Store, head over to the Viva La Verve Forum!  Okay, let’s get this day started!  Have a wonderful weekend :)

what’s in it?

stamps: no matter what, twitterpated (Verve)

paper: rustic white (PTI), Love Note (FancyPants)

ink: onyx (Versafine), basic gray, cherry cobbler (SU)

accessories: hearts and swirls frame die (A Cut Above by Verve), Truly Madly Deeply seam binding (Verve), stitched sentiment flag (Lil Inkers), lace trim (the Funkie Junkie), buttons, twine (PTI), gems (Kasiercraft), thread, stitching
