Hello Friend(s)!

butterflies

Hello and good morning, friends!!  Well, it’s back at it today…as much as I love long weekends, it is a tad more difficult to get into the swing of things after having 4 days to pitter patter around :)  Today’s card was so fun to make!!  The challenge over on The Shabby Tea Room this week is to use butterflies…hmmm, I know, not really a challenge!! LOL  I really took the inspiration photo to heart and dug out ALL (except my SU butterfly Bigz Die) of my butterfly punches and dies.  Then I grabbed my patterned paper scrap bags and picked out a rainbow of colours…then I went to town cutting and positioning all these little beauties.  I wanted to keep everything else white…the sentiment panel, the butterfly embossed panel underneath the butterflies and the ribbon.  The final step was to mix the buttons and bling.  Thanks so much for visiting and for all your sweet comments about my PTI blog hop post yesterday :)  Hugs!!

Perfect take on the insp. piece! Love all the butterflies and splashes of colour against the white. Who is the butterfly EF by ? Haven't seen it. Chocked as the MFT is sold out of all the dies I want to order (butterfly one included) so have to wait again - arrrrgh!! At least I have my new Vere to keep me happy LOL! Have a great day.
