400 Followers Blog Giveaway ~ Thanks Ever So Much

thankseversomuch

Good morning!  Two things to share with you today.  First up is the card that I submitted to the PaperCrafts World Card Making Day challenge over on the Moxie Fab World Blog a few weeks ago during all the WCMD events.  It was a random draw and I won 5 of the Papercrafts Special Issues! Score!  Now the second exciting thing…

Okay!  Little old “Buttons & Bling” has 400 official followers!  So for fun, let’s have a “400 and Fabulous” Blog Candy giveaway!  I’ve collected 400 of my favourite items around the studio!  The lucky winner (open to anyone worldwide)will receive:

100 hot pink gems

100 turquoise gems

50 light purple pearls

30 Studio Calico wood veneer tiny stars

10 Studio Calico wood veneer birds

2 Studio Calico wood frames

3 Jenni Bowlin corrugated shapes

5 journal tags

3 seed packet die cuts

50 Papertrey Ink buttons (5 each of 10 colours)

1 set of Technique Tuesday stamps (rulers)

5 pieces of divine Papertrey Ink felt (cuts like but-tah!)

1 set of label stickers from Mish Mash’s (Michelle Wooderson) online store

4 images of a vintage typewriter from Mish Mash’s online store

2 library cards

2 mini wood clothes pins

8 resin flowers

24 Lil’Inkers die cuts (stitched mats, sunshine, and banner label)

TOTAL = 400!!

All you have to do is leave a comment letting me know your favourite embellishment or your favourite trend at the moment.  The Giveaway will end in one week, at 2:25 pm on October 31st (that’s when I let my students out of class on Halloween!).  At that time I’ll use the Random Number Generator to pick a winner, who will have 3 days to contact me at moeplut@shaw.ca.  After that, if I have not been contacted, I’ll draw another name.  How does that sound?  Good luck!!

ahhh...what a clever idea...using your 100th day teach ideas for your blog candy :) I have a 10,000 celebration that I need to plan for Monday at work (nothing like the last minute). We're thinking 1,000 cupcakes with the number 10 on them. = 10,000 :)

Your card is gorgeous...I love the pink and gray flowers/leaves...with that yummy felt!

My favorite embellishment...hmmm...it's definitely not new, but I love twine...twine, twine, twine...I use it a lot. And for new embellishments, the SC wood veneer is on my craft table ready to be used! Thanks so much for the chance to win Moe!

I did see your name pop up on the Moxie Fab World Blog yesterday. I was secretly hoping my name would be up there too for my Christmas card entry. No such luck this time.
Thanks for the chance to win this awesome giveaway. I've just changed my follower status to 'public', which makes me follower no. 402.
I don't have a lot of time for crafting right now, but I'm very much drawn to making felt poinsettias at the moment. I'm way ahead of you when it comes to making Christmas cards LOL.

Congratulations on 400 followers! I think I have 14!!! I'm so glad I came across your work and found your blog. I have to say, my favorite trend right now is the "vintage" seam binding ribbons - and that has a lot to do with your beautiful bows on your cards. I especially love that you gave us the link to how you learned to make them so pretty!!! I love your cards and save almost every one as inspiration. Again, congratulations on the milestone and thank you for sharing your lovely works of heART with us! ~ Doris

I've been a follower for a long time and always love your cards! Congrats for reaching 400 followers!

My favorite embellishment is glitter, I think. It has to fit the card so I don't use it all the time, but since all of my cards have to go through the mail, it is a way to "fancy things up" without a lot of bulk. Thanks for the chance to win your blog candy!!!!
