Verve August Diva Inspiration Hop

inspirationhopSFYTT
Greetings everyone!  If you’ve arrived here from Laurie’s Blog, you are right on track!  Today I have the pleasure of joining our fabulous Diva Inspiration Team for our monthly Verve Blog Hop!  Today’s card uses some of my favourite older Verve sets, Feel the Sun and Let It Shine AND uses Jen’s August Sketch For You To Try!  I love it!  I’ve been playing all year so far and now August is done! I thought I would turn those horizontal panels into little banners using the Ribbon Banner Die :)  For more info on the Verve Inspiration Hop, head over to the Verve Blog…leave a little love on each Diva’s blog and you could win a $25.00 Verve Gift Certificate!  That would come in very handy for the upcoming, ultra fantastic 5th Anni-VERVE-sary Release on August 24th!  Oh, I can’t wait!  Enjoy the rest of the hop!  Now onto Teresa’s blog…

The way you stamped the sentiment and image in black and left it uncolored really makes a statement on the bed of soft pastels it is resting on. Fabulous darling.

Awesome card! I love that you left the sun uncolored; the black and white lets the yellow button shine. Really great idea.
